INFONEWS.CO.ID ■ The BPN Legal Team Prabowo - Sandiaga visited the Constitutional Court (MK) Building on Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta, on Monday (10/6/2019).
The visit was led by Bambang Widjojanto (BW) as the chairman of Prabowo - Sandiaga's BPN legal team.
Bambang said his arrival was to file a file repair related to the dispute over the General Election Results (PHPU) 2019 Presidential Election.
"Not a document, but a request. So, first thank you for being met in this way. Second, according to the MK's regulations, especially the MK No 4/2019 regulations, then we use constitutional rights to make improvements," Bambang said after submitting the repair file to the Constitutional Court.
The former KPK leader believes that one proof of the proposal submitted to the Constitutional Court could cause Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin's presidential and vice-presidential candidates to be disqualified from the General Election.
"One of the interesting things is that we included one argument that in our opinion must be considered carefully. Because this could cause the 01 pair to be disqualified," he said.
When submitting the request for repair, he also included photographic evidence of the BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah pages.
From the BNI Syariah and Mandiri Syariah pages, there is evidence that Ma'ruf Amin still holds positions in BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah when nominating as vice president.
"That means, according to the information that we have, the Vice President Candidate, on the BNI Syariah and Syariah Sharia pages, the name Ma'ruf still exists, and that means violating Article 227 letter p," he said.
"Because people who are candidates for president or vice president must stop as employees or officials of BUMN. We check it repeatedly and we make sure and believe that it happens that there are very serious violations," said Bambang who led the 02 legal team in the lawsuit in MK.
